I qualified as a therapist in 1995 and my aim is to encourage good health, happiness and wellbeing for each of my clients.

My approach to treatment is holistic. This means that when treating a client, I look at the whole person, not just the presenting symptoms. High levels of stress, poor nutrition, unhealthy lifestyles and attitudes can throw the body out of balance and can eventually lead to physical discomfort and illness. By using my skills as a therapist and by gently encouraging clients to make small adjustments to their lifestyle, quality of life and health may be restored.

I am a mobile therapist. After chatting through a few details on the telephone or via email, I will come to your home, set up in a quiet area, carry out the treatment and then leave you to savour the experience with no worries about having to travel home afterwards. I also have a peaceful treatment room in my home in Woolston if this is more convenient for you.
